\textbf{\underline{\underline{According\:to\:the\:Question}}}

5x - 2y - 16 = 0 ......... (1)

8x - 3y - 25 = 0 ......... (2)

\textbf{Solve\;this\;by\;Elimination\;Method}

★In that case :-

★Multiply (1) by 3 and (2) by 2

\bf{5x - 2y - 16 = 0 \\ \\ 8x - 3y - 25 = 0}

★Subtracting we get :-

-x = -2

\fbox{Negative\;sign\;will\;be\;cancelled}

★Hence we get :-

x = 2

\textbf{Now\;substitute\;the\;value\;in\;(1)}

5(2) - 2y - 16 = 0

10 - 2y = 16

-2y = 16 - 10

-2y = 6

\tt{\rightarrow y=\dfrac{6}{-2}}

y = -3

★Hence we get :-

★The two values of x and y

\fbox{x = 2\;and\;y = -3}
