solve following quadratic equation x^2 + 8 x + 15 =0​

 \huge \tt {x}^{2}  + 8x + 15 = 0 \\  \\  \huge \sf {x}^{2}  + 3x + 5x + 15 =  0\\  \\ \huge \tt x(x + 3) + 5(x + 3) = 0 \\  \\  \huge \tt(x + 3)(x + 5) = 0 \\  \\    \sf\therefore \:  \: x =  - 3 \:  \: \:  \:   \:  \& \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  - 5

Solution :-

x² - 8x + 15 = 0

x² - 5x - 3x + 15 = 0

x ( x - 5 ) - 3 ( x - 5 ) = 0

( x - 3 ) ( x - 5 ) = 0

x = 3 , 5
