\large\underline{\sf{Solution-}}

\rm :\longmapsto\:\dfrac{(x - 9)(x - 15)}{(x - 12)} \geqslant 0

Let

\rm :\longmapsto\:y = \dfrac{(x - 9)(x - 15)}{(x - 12)} \geqslant 0

First of all,

\rm :\longmapsto\:x \:  \ne \: 12

Now,

Breaking points are

\rm :\longmapsto\:x = 9,12,15

Now,

Check the intervals

\rm :\longmapsto\:x \geqslant 15 \: so \: y  \geqslant  0

\rm :\longmapsto\:12 < x < 15 \: so \: y < 0

\rm :\longmapsto\:9 \leqslant x < 12 \: so \: y \:  \geqslant 0

\rm :\longmapsto\:x< 9 \: so \: y < 0

So, Solution set is

\rm :\longmapsto\:x \in \: [9,12) \cup[15, \infty )
