Answer:

(a-2) + 1/(a-2)= 3

(a-2)^2+1=3 (a-2)

a^2-4a+4+1=3-6a

a^2+2a+2=0

this is quadratic equation so we first find D=b^2-4ac

now,

D=4-8 <0

hence roots are imaginary so,

we can't find out reall root

Answer:For a(a-2)+1/a-2=3

Step-by-step explanation:

1. Multiply a(a-2)=(a^2-2a)

2.a^2-2a+1 will be the quadratic equation

3. In the denominator a-2 will move to right hand side and get multiply with 3 which will be as 3a-6

On both the sides the equation will be

• 3a-6=a^2-2a+1

• 0 = a^2-5a+7

Now u can solve this equation.
