Add -3a to both sides.

3a+2b+ −3a=c+ −3a

Divide both sides by 2.

Your answer is:

b= \frac{-3}{2}a + \frac{1}{2} c

3a + 2b = c
2b = c-3a
b = (c-3a)/2

Your answer is b = (c-3a)/2, i.e.,option B.
