Solve for the variable
2x + 5=3
3x + 7=5​

According to the question,
(I) 2x + 5 = 3
=> 2x = 3 - 5
=> 2x = -2
=> x = -2/2 = -1 (answer)

(II) 3x + 7 = 5
=> 3x = 5 - 7
=> 3x = -2
=> x = -2/3 = -0.66 (answer)
