ANSWER

14x²+17x-6=0

14x²+21x-4x-6=0

7x(2x+3)-2(2x+3)=0

(7x-2)(2x+3)=0

7x-2=0              and         2x+3=0

7x=2                                 2x= -3

x=\frac{2}{7}                                   x= \frac{-3}{2}

    {(\frac{2}{7} , \frac{-3}{2})

Step-by-step explanation

  • multiply 14 into 6 okay then the answer will be 84.
  • then make factors of 17x that makes 17 when added and gets 84 when they are multiplied the factors are  21x - 4x.
  • then take common 7 common an -2 common as above.
  • and then compare both equations to zero.

14x^2+21x-4x-6=0

7x(2x+3) ,-2(2x+3)=0

(2x+3),(7x-2)

here

x=-3/2, x=2/7
