Answer:

(2x  + 2) + (3x  + 15) = (7x + 14) +( 4x + 12)

5x + 17 = 11x + 26   \\ 5x - 11x = 26 - 17 \\  - 6x = 9 \\ x =  \frac{ - 9}{6 }  =  \frac{ - 3}{2}
