Answer:

4+3(X+2) =(X+4)+3x

7x+14=3x²+12x

=3x²+5x-14

=3x²+7x-2x-14

=X(3x+7)-2(x-2)

Answer :-

 \sf Q) \: 4 + 3 \: (x + 2) = (x + 4) + 3x

Removing the brackets,

 \sf \Rightarrow 4 + 3x + 6 = x + 4 + 3x

Putting the variables and constants on different sides,

 \sf \Rightarrow3x - 3x - x = 4 - 4 - 6

On simplifying,

  \sf \Rightarrow- x = - 6

Removing the negative sign,

 \sf \Rightarrow x = 6.

So, the value of x = 6.

 {\mathfrak  {\underline {Verification} :-}}

LHS

 \sf 4 + 3 \: (6 + 2)

Removing the brackets,

 \sf 4 + 18 + 6

On adding all the numbers, we get :-

 \sf 28.

RHS

 \sf (6 + 4) + 3 \times 6

Removing the brackets,

 \sf 6 + 4 + 3 \times 6

Applying the BODMAS rule and multiplying 3 by 6 first,

  \sf 6 + 4 + 18

On adding all the numbers, we get :-

  \sf 28.

Since LHS = RHS,

Hence verified!
