Answer:

3x + 4y = 28. (*2)

6x + 8y = 56

6x + 2y = 30 (Substraction both the eq.)

-6y = 26

y = -13/3

Substituting value of y in the first eq.

3x + 4y = 28

3x + 4(-13/3) = 28

3x - 52/3 = 28

9x - 52 = 84

9x = 136

x = 136/9

Hope this helps you.
