Step-by-step explanation:

3x-2y=11.....(1)

2x+3y=4.....(2)

So, from eq. 1 we get,

x=11+2y/3....(3)

putting value in eq. 2 we get,

2(11+2y/3) + 3y=4

i.e.,

4=(22+4y/3)+3y

4-3y=22+4y/3

12-9y=22+4y

0=22-12+4y+9y

0=10+13y

So, y= -10/13

Putting value of y in eq. 3, we get

x=11+2(-10/13)/3

=11-20/13/3

=143-20/13/3

=123/39
