Solution :

x + y = 3      ....     Equation 1

2x + y + 3 = 4x + 3y - 3

2x + 2y = 6         ......      Equation 2

From (1) and (2):

\frac{1}{2}  = \frac{1}{2}  =  \frac{3}{6}

Since the ratio of the corresponding coefficients are same.

Equations have infinitely many solutions.

Thus x + y = 3.

For different values of x , we can get different values of y.
