6
3x-4y=5......1
(x+y)- 6(x-y) = 6.....2

From eq 2

x+y-6x+6y=6
-5x+7y = 6
7y= 6+ 5x
y= (6+5x)/7

Substituting this value of y in eq 1

3x- 4 ((6+5x)/7)=5
3×- (24+20x)/7 = 5
21x-24-20x = 35
x = 35+24
x= 59

Substitute value of X in eq 1
3×59 - 4y = 5
177 - 4y = 5
-4y = 5-177
4y = 172
y = 43

So x= 59 and Y = 43
