\Large{\textbf{\underline{\underline{According\;to\;the\;Question}}}}

Here we have,

4/x + 3y = 8 …………... (a)

6/x - 4y = -5………....... (b)

Now,

Multiply (a) by 4 & (b) by 3 we get,

16/x + 12y = 32………..(c)

18/x - 12y = -15………..(d)

Now,

Adding (c) & (d) we get,

34/x = 17

34 = 17x

34/17 = x

x = 2

Substituting value of x in (b)

4/x + 3y = 8

4/2 + 3y = 8

2 + 3y = 8

3y = 8 - 2

3y = 6

y = 6/3

y = 2

Therefore,

x = 2 & y = 2
