Hey there!
Down here ⏬

6x + 3y = 7xy

 = > \: \: ( \frac{6}{y} ) + ( \frac{3}{x} ) = 7 \: \: \: \: \: \: (1)

3x + 9y = 11xy

 = > \: ( \frac{3}{y} ) + ( \frac{9}{x} ) = 11 \: \: \: \: \: \:(2)

Multiply eq (1) by 2 and
Substract eq (1), we get,

( \frac{6}{y} ) + ( \frac{3}{x} ) = 7

( \frac{6}{y} ) + ( \frac{18}{x} ) = 22

 - 15x = - 15

x = 1

Putting value of x=1 in eq. (1) we get,

( \frac{6}{y} ) + 3 = 7

 \frac{6}{y} = 4

y = \frac{6}{4} = \frac{3}{2}
