$3x + 9y = 11xy$


$= > \: ( \frac{3}{y} ) + ( \frac{9}{x} ) = 11 \: \: \: \: \: \:(2)$


Multiply eq (1) by 2 and
Substract eq (1), we get,

$( \frac{6}{y} ) + ( \frac{3}{x} ) = 7$


$( \frac{6}{y} ) + ( \frac{18}{x} ) = 22$


$- 15x = - 15$


$x = 1$


Putting value of x=1 in eq. (1) we get,


$( \frac{6}{y} ) + 3 = 7$


$\frac{6}{y} = 4$


$y = \frac{6}{4} = \frac{3}{2}$
