\textbf{Here is your answer}

\textbf{Given}

X - 3Y = 0 ----------(1)
3X - 9Y = 2 -----------(2)

\textbf{Now}

(1)×3 and (2)×1

\textbf{Therefore}

3X - 9Y = 0
3X - Y = 2
(-) (+) (-)
------------------
- 8Y = - 2
=> Y = \frac{1}{4} (- and - cancel)

\textbf{Now}

From (1) we get,

3X - 9Y = 2

=> 3X - 9×\frac{1}{4} = 2

=> 3X = 2 - \frac{9}{4}

=> 3X = \frac{-1}{4}

=> X = \frac{-1}{12}

\textbf{Hope this helps you}
