given

the equations are

4/x+y-3/x-y=5.......(1)

9/x+y-5/ x-y=4......(2)

Let

1/x+y=u and 1/x-y=v

=>4u-3v=5.......(3)

9u-5v=4.....(4(

by multiplying 5 ×(3) and 3×(4)

we get

20u-15v=25...(5)

27u-15v=12.....(6)

by subtracting (5) and(6) we get

-7u=13

=>u=13/-7

by putting the value of u in (3)we get

4(13/-7)-3v=5

=>52/-7-3v=5

=>-3v=5×52/-7=260/-7

=>v=260/-7×1/-3

=260/-21

1/x+y=13/-7

=>x+y=-7/13....(7)

1/x-y=260/-21

=>x-y=-21/260...(8)

from (7) and (8)

x+y+x-y=-7/13+-21/260

=>2x=-140+(-21)/260

=-140-21/260=-161/260

=>x=-161/260×1/2

=47

by putting the value of x in eq(4)

we get y=41

hence the answer is (x,y)=(47,41)
