solve for 'x' and 'y'

x + y + 5 + \sqrt{(x + 2)(y + 3)} = 39

 {(x + 2)}^{2} + {(y + 3)}^{2} + (x + y + 5) = 741

Answer:

Step-by-step explanation:

in your question    a+b+√ab=39

                               a^2+b^2 +a+b = 741

from first equation a and b are positive

suppose a and b are even  we get a contraduction 39 be even

also   one is even one is odd we cant get 39

suppose  a and b are odd  we get    741 be even

suppose  768 is given   in place of 741

a = 27 b = 3  is answer

x+2 =27  x=25

y+3 = 3   y=0
