x +  \sqrt{11 -  \sqrt{x} }  = 7

 \sqrt{11 -  \sqrt{x} }  = 7 - x

11 -  \sqrt{x }  = 49 +  {x}^{2}  - 14x

x {}^{2}  - 14x  +  \sqrt{x }  + 38 = 0

x = 4

y=9
