Solve for x in the following equation.(please help i'll mark as brainliest)

 \frac{4x}{3} = 4

A.x = 3
B.x = 12
C.x = 28
D.x = 16

4x/3 =4 then 3 goes on rhs then it turns into multiply which is 12 then the equation is 4x=12 then take 4 on rhs which turns into divide x=12÷4
x=3
