solve for x of the following. (x-2/x+2)^2-4(x-2/x+2)+3=0 where x is not equal to -2

x = -4 or -2
 since, x-2/x+2 bracket square - 4(x-2/x+2) + 3 when evaluated forms a linear equation 
i.e x square + 6x + 8 = 0
therefore, x=-4 or -2
