According to question:-

 \frac{4}{ - 1}  -  \frac{5}{2}  =  \frac{3}{z}

 =  -  \frac{4}{1}  -  \frac{5}{2}

 =  \frac{ - 8 - 5}{2}

 \frac{ - 13}{2}

z = 2
