Let Numerator=x

Then Denominator is 12 more

Denominator=x+12

Numerator=x

Fraction=\mathsf{\frac{<br /><br />x}{x+12}}

When 2 is Subtract from Numerator.

Numerator=x-2

Denominator is increase by 4

Denominator=X+12+4=X+16

Now Fraction=\mathsf{\frac{<br /><br />x-2}{x+16}}

It is =1/2

A/Q

 \frac{x - 2}{x + 16} = \frac{1}{2} \\ \\ 2(x - 2) = x + 16 \\ \\ 2x - 4 = x + 16 \\ \\ 2x - x = 16 + 4 \\ \\ x = 20

We Know Numerator=x=20

Denominator=x+12=20+12=32

\boxed{\mathbf{Original\: Fraction\implies\frac{20<br /><br />}{32}}}
