EXPLANATION.

Solve Graphically.

⇒ 5x + 3y = 2. - - - - - (1).

⇒ 4x + 3y = 1. - - - - - (2).

As we know that,

From equation (1), we get.

⇒ 5x + 3y = 2. - - - - - (1).

Put the value of x = 0 in the equation, we get.

⇒ 5(0) + 3y = 2.

⇒ 3y = 2.

⇒ y = 2/3.

⇒ y = 0.066.

Their Co-ordinates = (0,0.066).

Put the value of y = 0 in the equation, we get.

⇒ 5x + 2(0) = 2.

⇒ 5x = 2.

⇒ x = 2/5.

⇒ x = 0.4.

Their Co-ordinates = (0.4,0).

From equation (2), we get.

⇒ 4x + 3y = 1. - - - - - (2).

Put the value of x = 0 in the equation, we get.

⇒ 4(0) + 3y = 1.

⇒ 3y = 1.

⇒ y = 1/3.

⇒ y = 0.33.

Their Co-ordinates = (0,0.33).

Put the value of y = 0 in the equation, we get.

⇒ 4x + 3(0) = 1.

⇒ 4x = 1.

⇒ x = 1/4.

⇒ x = 0.25.

Their Co-ordinates = (0.25,0).

Both curves intersects at a point = (1,-1).
