Solution:

$3x + 2y = 4 \\ \\ 9x + 6y = 12$
by inspecting I can say that these lines are overlapping and has infinitely many solution.

$y = \frac{4 - 3x}{2} \\ \\ put \: x = 0 \\ \\ y = 2 \\ \\ put \: x = 2 \\ \\ y = - 1 \\ \\ put \: x = 4 \\ \\ y = - 4 \\ \\ so \: points \: of \: line \: 1 \: are \: (0,2)(2, - 1)(4 ,- 4)$
By the same way
$y = \frac{12 - 9x}{6} = \frac{4 - 3x}{2}$
all the points remains same.

Thus both lines are overlapping.

Hence meet at infinite places.
