The 3 three ohm resistors are in series which is in turn parallel with another three ohm resistors and the equivalent of all is in series with the other 2 three ohm resistors. Hope it will help you .

It can also be drawn as given in the picture......
In series,
T.R.1 = R1 +R2+R3=3+3+3=9
In parallel,
1/T.R.2 =(1/T.R.1) + (1/R4)= 1/9 + 1/3 = 4/9
T.R.2 = 9/4
Again in series,
T.R. = T5 + T.R.2 + R6 = 3 +9/4 +3 = 6+ 9/4 =(24+9)/4 =33/4 = 8.25
So total resistance in the given circuit is 8.25 Ohm .... Hope it helped you...
