Solution :-

1 king = 2 legs
5 queens = 5*2 = 10 legs
Each queen has 5 rooms.
So, total number of room = 5*5 = 25 rooms
In each room there are 5 big cats. So, total number of big cats in 25 rooms
= 5*25
= 125 big cats
Each cat has 4 legs.
Legs of big cats = 125*4 = 500 legs

Each big cat has 5 little cats. So, total number of little cats = 125*5
= 625 little cats
Legs of little cats = 625*4 = 2500 legs

Total number of legs :
King's legs = 2 legs
Queens' legs = 10 legs
Big cats' legs = 500 legs
Little cats' legs = 2500 legs

Total number of legs = 2 + 10 + 500 + 2500
= 3012 legs

As I am also standing inside the palace, total number of legs including my legs
= 3012 + 2
= 3014 legs
