let us factorise denomimator

625=5×5×5×5

625=5^4

and we know that if numerator of a no. is in the form 5^m×2^n then it is a terminating decimal

and here denominator is of the form 5^m×2^n (m=4 n=0)

so it will terminating decimal expension
