We have,

5 + 4 + 5 = 202504

So, 7 + 2 + 5 =143542.

This is a logical problem and operator +  is a symbolic operator.

The first digit is multiplied with second digit. Then the first digit is multiplied with the third digit. Then we add first and the last digits, multiply with the second and then reverse being the third step.

So, 7*2=14 7*5=35
(7+5)*2=12*2=24, upon reversing we get 42.
So upon combining all we get 143542.
