hello mate..

first or all calculate the gravitational acceleration at planet by g = Gm/r^2

u will get g' = 2g/3 = 6.67 m/s^2 ( g= 10m/s2 at earth)

so the weight at planet is = w × g' /g

= 400 × 6.67 /10 = 266.8 N (approximately)

please follow me if it helps u
