☯ AnSwEr :

Firstly, we will solve the first line.

Numbers in first line = 1, 3, 2 and 4

→ 1 + 3

→ 4

→ 3 + 2

→ 5

→ 2 + 4

→ 6

If we see our addition properly then it is seen that the numbers arr in A.P whose common difference is 1.

\rule{200}{2}

Numbers in second line = 3, 7, 5 and 9.

→ 3 + 7

→ 10

→ 7 + 5

→ 12

→ 5 + 9

→ 14

If we see our addition properly then it is seen that the numbers arr in A.P whose common difference is 2.

\rule{200}{2}

Similarly, in third one there will be A.P with some common difference d.

→ 28 + 58

→ 86

→ 133 + 58

→ 191

Now, if we subtract 191 from 81 we get d and then we will add d in 133.

→ d = 191 - 86

→ d = 105

Now,

→ 105 + 133 = ?

→ 238

\Large{\implies{\boxed{\boxed{\sf{238}}}}}

\therefore 238 is the required answer.
