 \frac{5}{7}  +  \frac{1}{3}  +  \frac{8}{9}  +  \frac{1}{14}  \\  =  (\frac{1}{3}  +  \frac{8}{9} ) + ( \frac{5}{7}  +  \frac{1}{14} ) \\  = ( \frac{3 + 8}{9} ) + ( \frac{10 + 1}{14} ) \\  =  \frac{11}{9}  +  \frac{11}{14}  \\  = 11( \frac{1}{9}  +  \frac{1}{14} ) \\  = 11( \frac{14 + 9}{126} ) \\  = 11 \times  \frac{23}{126}  \:  \:  or \:  \:    \frac{253}{126}
