Let see x^4+x^3+x^2+x+1 is divided by x+1

So here we go :

x+1÷ x^4+x^3+ x^2+x+1

So first we will divide x^4 by x

x^4= x×x×x×x ÷ x

So one x will be cancelled from one x we will get

x×x×x=x^3
