Volume of water in the tank initially
= 50×30×9 = 13500 cm .
3 box is placed ,so that it's square face rests on the bottom of the tank.
So, to cover the box tank should be filled up to 20cm.
Volume of water in the tank
= 50×30×20=30000cm.
3 volume of water displaced by box
= 25×25×20 = 12500cm .
3 now , quantity of water must be poured in order to cover the box
= 30000 - 13500 - 12500 = 30000-26000
= 40001000
: Ans = 4L.
