1000 = 2³ * 5³ 
Now, 
know that n! = n(n-1)(n-2)(n-3)...... (1)
So, 
in order to find smallest n, we need a no. such that
n! has at least 5³ as its Factor......

Since, n is a natural no., 
we have (5*3) * (5*2) * (5*1) having 5³ as Factor...

Therefore, Knowing that we needed n!, We put n=15 as the answer....
