We know that,

64 = 2⁶. & 32 = 2⁵

Then,

(0.000064)^{( \frac{5}{6})} \div   (0.00032)^{ \frac{6}{5}}

⇒  ( \frac{64}{1000000})^{ \frac{5}{6}} \div  (\frac{32}{100000})^{ \frac{6}{5}}

⇒ ( \frac{2}{10})^{6\times  \frac{5}{6}} \div ( \frac{2}{10})^{5 \times  \frac{6}{5} }

⇒  ( \frac{2}{10} )^{5} \times  (\frac{2}{10})^{-6}  =  (\frac{2}{10})^{-1} =  \frac{10}{2} = 5
