In this circuit ,

2ohm and 2ohm are in parallel combination

so R (eq) of that two is

= 1 ohm

and

again 3ohm and 3ohm are in parallel combination

so R(eq) of that two is

= 3/2 ohm

now all becomes in series

1 ohm , 3/2 ohm and 3ohm

R(EQ) = 1+3/2+3

=> 11/2 ohm
