Whistle wid one hoop is 2.
In the last part,
10+1*2
=12
1st 10+10+10=30 2nd 10+(3+2)+(3+2)=20 3rd(3+2)(2+2)+(2+2)=13 4th 10 + 3×2 by bodmas 10+6=16
