. We have

force =  \frac{impulse}{time}

And impulse = mass * change in velocity

Time =0.075

Mass = 150g =

mass = 1.5 \times   {10}^{ - 1}

Change in velocity = V - u

 = 20 - ( - 12)

 = 32 \frac{m}{s}

We have

 \: force = mass \times  change \: in \: velocity \\ force =  \: \frac{1.5 \times  {10}^{ - 1} \:  \times 32 }{0.01}  \\

Therefore force = 480 N
