Or we can write (2/3)^6 as
$( \frac{3}{2} ) {}^{ - 6}$
so the equation is
$(\frac{3}{2} ) {}^{6} \times ( \frac{4}{9} ) {}^{3} = ( \frac{1}{2} ) {}^{3x}$
=
