(b) By the term 'Yellow Wood', the poet is trying to set the autumnal setting, he has established the setting in a woody forest in the season of autumn.
(c) He could only travel one road at a time, It is the reason for the dilemma in his mind. One road once he travels, can not be turned back. Therefore, he couldn't have ever travelled two roads at the same time.
