Hey there!

It's a very interesting question.
We are given Odd numbers from 1-15
We also know that Sum of 3 Odd numbers can never be an Even number (30).
This type of questions need Extra efforts called as
'Thinking out of the Box'
From my opinion, you should rotate the number '9' to 180°,
It'll become '6'
As the Question informs us, that we can also repeat the numbers, do the following done below ↓
6 + 9 + 15 = 30
