$\longrightarrow$ Let the number of hrs the trainee works = t hrs

$\longrightarrow$ The secretary starts working after two hrs . Since the finished their piece of work together , the secretary works 2 hrs less than the trainee .

i.e , ( t - 2 ) hrs .

$\therefore$ In t hrs , 7t formes will be processed by the trainee

In 1 hr , the secretary possess 15 formes

$\therefore$ In ( t - 2 ) hrs , 15 ( t - 2 ) formes will be processed by the secretary .

Now , Since all the forms are processed there are total number of forms i.e 124.

$\therefore$ $\bf\green{7t+15(t-2)=124}$
