solve it step by step....0.3x+0.5=0.4x-0.2 and 3(x-5)-4(x-2)=0

0.3x + 0.5x = 0.4x -0.2

0.8x - 0.4x = - 0.2

x = - 0.2/0.4

x = - 0.5

3(x - 5) - 4 ( x - 2)= 0

3x - 15 -4x +8= 0

-x -7= 0

x = -7
