Hi friend, Harish here.

Here is your answer
_ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _

  \frac{25 \times x^{-4} }{5^{-3}\times10\times x^{-8} }

 \frac{5^{2} \times x^{-4}\times x^{8}\times5^{3}}{5\times2}

 \frac{5 ^{5}\times  x^{4}  }{5\times 2}

(Here , the above expression is simplified by using xᵃ × xᵇ = xᵃ⁺ᵇ)

 \frac{5^{4}\times x^{4} }{2}

 \frac{625 x^{4} }{2}
