Given:-

  • Radius of circular park = 56 m
  • 3.5 m wide road arround the circular park
  • cost of construction of per square meter = ₹ 25

Find :-

  • Total cost of construction

Explanation

Using Formula

Where,

  • r = radii of circular park
  • π = 22/7

Keep above Values,

==> Area of circular park = 22/7 × (56)²

==> Area of circular park = 22/7 × 56 × 56

==> Area of circular park = 22 × 56 × 8

==> Area of circular park = 176 × 56

==> Area of circular park = 9,856 m2

Here, road construct around the circular park whose radii is 3.5 m

Then,

Radius of whole circle ,

==> Radius of whole circle= 56 + 3.5

==> Radius of whole circle= 59.5 m

Now, Calculate Area of whole circle

==> Area of whole circle = 22/7 × (59.5)²

==> Area of whole circle = 22/7 × 59.5 × 59.5

==> Area of whole circle = 22 × 59.5 × 8.5

==> Area of whole circle = 11,126.5 m²

Now, Calculate Area of circular road.

==> Area of circular road = Area of whole circle - Area of circular park

==> Area of circular road = 11,126.5 - 9,856

==> Area of circular road = 1270.5 m²
