(x+4)(x-3)= x^2-3x+4x-12=x^2+x-12=x^2-4x+3x-12=0
x(x-4)+3(x-4)=0
(x+3)(x-4)=0
x=-3 or 4

Hey user here is your answer :-

(x+4)(x-3)
x^2 - 3x + 4x - 12
x^2 - 1x - 12
x^2 - 4x + 3x - 12
x(x-4) + 3(x-4)
(x+3) (x-4)
x= -3 ; x= 4

{-3 will be neglected and 4 will be the true value of x} .

Hope it helps you !!!!!
