➤We can't solve it by Completing the square method because coefficient of m^2 is 1 and when we divide 1 to whole result is same so we solve it by simply factorisation method.

➪ {m}^{2} = 4 + 5m = {m}^{2} - 5m - 4 = 0

➪ {m}^{2} - 5m - 4 = 0

➪ {m}^{2} - 4m - m - 4 = 0

➪m(m - 4) + 1(m - 4)

➪(m + 1)(m - 4)

➪m = - 1 \: and \: m = 4

HOPE IT HELPS YOU..
