let AD BE MEDIAN

SO BD = CD

SIDES OF TRIANGLE BE AB,AC,BC

NOW

AB^2 = AD^2 + (BC/2)^2 (PYTHGORUS TH.)

AB^2 = AD^2 + BC^2/4

TAKING L.C.M

4AB^2-BC^2= 4AD^2

3AB^2 = 4AD^2
