2x+y+8=4x-y

-2x+2y=-8

x-y=4...........1

2y= x+4

-x+2y=4...............2

Add equation 1 and 2

y= 8

from equation 1

x-y=4

x-8=4

x=12

length=4x-y
= 4(12)-8
= 48-8
= 40 units

Breadth = 2y
=2(8)
= 16 units

Perimeter = 2(40+16)
= 2*56

= 112 units

Area= 40*16
=640 sq. Units
